Alex, I was excited after having severe leakage, tests, microplastic and no relief. I finally switched Doctors and another round of tests, etc...but at least some ease of symptoms. ANYWAY I tried the core breathing all day and just a few upper body stretches. I was so amazed to find that for the first time in months...like 17 to be exact, I was able to get up (2 ×) and not have to change my heavy duty incontinence pad at all. It was dry! I was blown away.
I called a friend in California and she wanted your contact info. I have a few more friends too. I had hip replacement in Oct, 2019 and ended up staying 3 days longer because I was afraid to go home alone with fear of slipping and falling because I could not control my urine. This was after the procedure that did nothing to help....the reason I had it done 6 weeks before the hip. Thank you for sharing this amazing process. I don’t have a question. I have a comment. I am 68 years old, and I have had an incontinence problem off and on for quite a few years. I just wanted to let you know that since I started using Pelvic Floor Strong, I have had no incontinence problems! I was skeptical and I bought your program only to return it the first time. This time I was able to see results immediately, and I’m grateful! It’s wonderful to wake up from a good night’s sleep knowing you didn’t have to wear some kind of pad or protective undergarment just to make sure the bed isn’t wet when you awake!

Hi, I had to write to let you know my experience with Alex's Pelvic Floor Strong program. I have an overactive bladder, and I really can't remember when it started. I'm guessing when I was 40. So, I've been living with this issue for at least 15 years. I've tried many different medications prescribed by doctors. Most had annoying side effects. The one I liked the best wasn't covered by my insurance for a couple years, so I paid $150/month for my "pee pills"! Ouch. I even tried acupuncture, which didn't do a thing, unfortunately. I don't have the kind where you cough or laugh and you have a bit of an accident. My issue is that I need to go and like NOW. And I had to go often. Wearing pads, carrying around extra underwear in case, planning out things with the priority of knowing where the restrooms were was what I did. Also, getting up during the night multiple times was tiring. I just thought this was my life. Then the covid pandemic hit. I worked from home and stopped my meds for overactive bladder. Why put that in my body when the bathroom is right down the hall when I need it? I researched what I could do to help myself. I am very much into natural ways of healing one's body. I exercise often and try to keep healthy. I happened to get Alex's email, and I listened to her video. It all made sense, and hey, I'm working from home, the price was great, so I ordered the program. I am now in week 8 and I have to tell you...I notice a big difference! I don't have many accidents, I don't have to go all of the time, I wake up less times during the night, and my tummy area feels calmer and stronger. I still have a bit more work to do before I'd say I have no bladder issues, but if I keep up with these stretches, I think in a few more weeks, I can! I learned I've been doing kegel exercises the wrong way which was a bummer since I did them quite often. The stretches take 10-12 minutes only and I've been doing them 5 days/week. I don't know how Alex figured this out, but I am ever so thankful she did! I highly recommend this program to anyone with bladder issues. To do something that's easy and natural is such a blessing! My anxiety was beginning to take over my life because I couldn’t control my bladder. I have been practicing Alex’s program for the past 10-weeks, and since starting it my leaking has completely gone away. I was able to stop taking my anxiety and acid reflux medication! I have been going for 10 kilometer walks because I don’t have to stay close to the washroom anymore and I have lost 10 pounds already! I don’t have any intention in stopping, I have never felt so motivated to keep up with my exercises. My wish is for every woman suffering from urinary incontinence to be able to try Alex’s program.

I have been leaking my entire life after having three children. I thought it was normal and I can remember many times being out of the house and I had to rush home because my pants were soaked.
After trying Alex’s program, I have totally stopped leaking. I no longer have to worry about having an accident in public. It is also a nice surprise that my core is now stronger and my back pain has gone away. All without having to make any changes to my routine! 3 minutes, that’s all!

Alex is an awesome teacher. I have only had the program a short time but I can already tell a difference in the way my body feels. If you have any problems getting up and down from the floor I highly recommend the modified videos. They are standing, chair and bed exercises. They are easy to do but really make a difference in the way you feel. Thank you Alex for coming up with this program
